This is a dcc EX command station with wifi to allow connection to a mobile phone. DCC-Ex is an open source project that allows control of trains by dcc using arduinos.
This is supplied as a kit so will need assembling and the code will need to be uploaded onto the arduino. For a guide on how to do this, check out the DCC-Ex website.
The model trains will need decoders to work with this system, for more detail on decoders and dcc, check out this guide to dcc.
This can operate at 12V 2A max which is what is supplied with this kit.
