This is an motor upgrade and replacement for Hornby and Lima Locomotives using a Ringfield motor. This will improve the performance of the locomotives and will enable them to draw less current, become smoother running and it will make it DCC compatible.
If you want a bracket for the motor, you can 3D Print one using files from here. It also comes with files for the replacement gear.
